The 3rd guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and TV for your guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a comfortable outdoor space to entertain or enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. Don't forget to invite your new friends over to fire up the gas grill for a barbecue before heading off to town square for a night of dancing and fun!

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
