You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated with comfort in mind. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen smart TV w/cable. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space and provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and a great dining area for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. Thos home also offers a grilling patio and fenced in back yard for the fur babies to enjoy

This pet-friendly home comes complete and includes a electric golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. If softball is your sport of choice you are only minutes to the soon to come Everglades Sports Complex.

    Property is next to the turnpike-noisey. Long cart ride to Brownwood. Need a car. Grill had no gas. Everything else was fine, good place to stay.

    The property at 4235 Canova Draney Loop was very clean and well prepared for our 2 week stay. The golf cart was a nice addition for the rental. The location of the property was perfect. Close to Brownwood Village square and close to the Everglades pickleball and recreation center. The only down side to the property was the proximity to the Florida Turn Pike. During the night sleeping hours you could hear the trucks on the turnpike if you where a light sleeper.

    The house we stayed in was cute and offered all the amenities we expected. The only issue was the cleanliness. Because there is a large cleaning fee, we expected the house to be clean. Our biggest complaint was the clothes basket that had been peed on and not cleaned. My husband put it in the tub and scrubbed it. It was obvious that it was “overlooked”. The screened porch and patio were never cleaned. There was dog poop all over the back yard. I also had to clean the golf cart before we used it. There was trash in it and the seats were dirty. We didn’t expect to have to clean things when we arrived. It would be a good idea to inspect the property before your next guest arrives.
