  the process of renting and access was easy. Cleaning could have used some help. very dusty under sofa and beds. Sofa cushions need to be cleaned/vacuumed. The kitchen could be better equipped with untensils, pots, pans. Many had been scratched over time and you should not use them if the non-stick surfaces have been damaged.
  Pool and outside patio were nice although the weather didn't really accommodate swimming in an unheated pool. Property is on a corner that had constant traffic which was annoying when sitting outside. The lanai shows its age.
  However, the house was the right size for us.

  We should have been informed prior that the pool cleaning service was scheduled, they arrived unannounced. There is a minor issue with small ants on counter tops and dining room table. Ant traps were present. I would stay there again for sure as this is a premium location and very nice villa! Crystal from down Home Properties is very helpful and accommodating. Thank You !
