Also, you are a short distance by golf cart to the NEW Lake Okahumpka Recreation where you are able to watch the sun rise over the water from the boardwalk and catch glimpses of wildlife on the trails and paths winding around the center.

This home offers a screen enclosed lanai which is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes a WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 3000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  We had a great time while renting this home. The furnishings are top-notch with leather stadium seating, big screen smart tv, and new Samsung washer and dryer. This home was built in 2023. The home is located at the south end of The Villages. (Note that golf cart was not included. )
