You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, a private master bath with walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. Each guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for your guests to feel at home.  The guest bath is complete with towels and linens as well. And if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and read the courtyard villa with screened lanai is perfect...you have privacy walls for sun bathing to give you the feeling of being in your own private world.

  As a real estate agent, I have high standards for property management companies and Down Home Properties exceeded my expectations. They were courteous and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The home was decorated beautifully and all areas were exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and all appliances were in good working order. The beds were comfy, not too soft- not too firm, the hot water lasted for all of us (6 people), and the security deposit was returned to me on the date promised. The only room for improvement was the coffee
  maker, I suggested that the owner invest in a newer one. My feedback was taken graciously and I have no doubt that the next guest will appreciate the new coffeemaker :) Overall, it was a wonderful stay and great transaction. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting The Villages give this property a try.

  The house was within walking distance of Sumter Square. A perfect location. The house was very clean. Rugs did have large and small spots. Feather pillows were bothersome. Management was easy to deal with. The outside area had flying biting insects. The pool was close with a very friendly and welcoming group. Glenview Sunday brunch was suberb. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

    07/25/23- Thank You for your honest and valued input especially stating the home was very clean inside and dealing with management was easy. Regrettably, this is Florida and although we cannot control the flying or biting insects that are outside, we have considered your comment of the alternative down feather pillows inside the home and have decided to switch them out for hypoallergenic pillows to appeal to a more broad customer base and provide a better sleeping experience. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you return soon to stay with us again. Jeanna K.
