You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home.This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The large kitchen with ample cabinets is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 70" flat screen TV. The large master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 55" wall mounted flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and his and hers vanity sinks. The larger guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a comfortable full size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened lanai offers comfortable seating and a large table and chairs for entertaining perfect for enjoying the morning coffee and newspaper, having a cookout with family and friends or just planning your day of fun.

This home comes complete and includes a GAS GOLF CART, BBQ grill, (2) BICYCLES and FREE WiFi internet connection!!. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Home nice and clean. Kitchen nice and big. Living Room Furniture was uncomfortable. Not good for short or tall people. Advertised as 2 kings not queens. Took a long time to get hot water. Suggest an ice bucket for the bar, drying rack for clothes, 3 way lite bulbs in living room, directions in booklet for TV were incorrect, had to call Property Service to get it to work.Fenney is lovely but in the middle of nowhere. Any when they shut down Red Fox and Grey Fox, practicalliy impossilbe to get on a golf course I could go to via golf cart.

  The house we rented was absolutely beautiful. It was fully loaded with everything we needed. The outside lanai was perfect for having my coffee and watching the sunrise. I would highly recommend this home and property management company.

  Love the kitchen, and the master bed and bath. It’s a nice place overall. There are a lot of earwigs, which seems to be a problem for the whole neighborhood after I talked to the neighbors. Neighbors are very nice, and it’s great to be able to pull right into the garage and walk into house. Lanai on the back was very nice, has a beautiful view of the pond across the street. The living room furniture is stiff and uncomfortable but the big TV is nice. Because I write for a living, I would have preferred that one room have room for a folding table or offer a desk instead of a bed.
