  We enjoyed staying in this villa for the 2nd year. It is in a great central location, has a golf cart and easy access to executive golf courses and shopping near by. Overall, I would recommend it!

  First, let me say there no bugs indoors. The last client reported bugs, but the home had a pest control treatment, which worked well. Keep doing that.
  A few additions would be nicer. A couple of bagged fold up camp chairs to take to squares and events, more hangers in master closet, a few common spices would be good, and you could take it up a notch by getting rid of floral bedspreads and provide updated duvet covers, which can be laundered between clients. Also try to decrease the number of sea shells in the home. It was way overkill and not attractive. Also, a second T. In the master bedroom, would be a good add.These are suggestions for you to update your home.
  Overall, it was very clean, has a nice backyard with awesome sunsets, new appliances, and a nice golf cart. I loved the location and felt very safe there.

  Good except for kitchen and bathrooms lacking items. The kitchen needs a new stove light, a 9x13 cake pan, handles on drawers, liquid measuring cup, garlic press. Bathrooms needed more than 3 washcloths each. Hallway had a large (3") spider, scorpion found in spare bedroom.

  The house we rented this year was very nice with a lovely view of the eagle reserve from the patio & even from the kitchen. It’s very comfortable & spacious. However, there are a few drawbacks. It is located quite a distance from the town squares of Brownwood & Lake Sumpter Landing, making more of a trip to go & listen to the evening entertainment on the squares. However, it is only about a 5 minute drive to the Walmart Neighborhood Market & Publix. Also, the only coffee pot that was in the house was a Keurig. We certainly did not want to pay for 2 months worth of K cups. But we were told that it didn’t matter, just as long as there was some sort of coffee maker. So, we we went to Walmart & bought one for $20. Also, the nice patio set did not come with a patio umbrella. Even if is winter you cannot sit in the Florida sun without a patio umbrella. We were told that the owner did nor feel that was necessary because of the screened in porch. It’s a nice extra room, but again the sun pours in almost all day because of the way the house is situated & there are no blinds or shades. So again went to Walmart & bought a patio umbrella for $40. These are not big expenses & they are items that have always come with other houses we have rented in The Villages, which is a great place to spend time during the cold winter months. The Villages are so pretty & clean & green with lovely flowers which certainly are a treat for Northerners during January & February.
  
  This was our 4th winter in The Villages & we always love going there. There seems to be some kind of free attraction every weekend whether it is a craft show or a photography show, or whatever. And I just enjoying driving around there. Oh, and open houses are always fun to explore, especially when the weather is not great.
