This charming small dog friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Duval is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Truman Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and if you bring your ROKU or FireStick there is a TV for your guests streaming enjoyment. The 2nd guest bedroom now offers a queen size bed for your last minute overnight guests to enjoy along with a nice desk for those that are still working a little and need space. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. The screen enclosed lanai offers seating for 4 and the BBQ grill and is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. Don't forget to invite your new friends over to fire up the gas grill for a barbecue before heading off to town square for a night of dancing and fun!

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun!  Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for your enjoyment.

  This home is very nice and welcoming. It was my second year to rent at this location. It is a convenient golf cart drive to all three Squares, grocery stores, shops. There was plenty of space in the home for friends and family who came to visit during the stay in April. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. This year we were happy to find more walking paths close to the rental home. The grounds at The Villages are always clean and beautiful.

  This was an excellent property for my month long stay at The Villages. Each week I had different friends or family who visited and they were all impressed with the home. It was clean, decorated pleasingly, was located close to grocery stores, pools, rec centers and between the Village Squares. Everything we needed was accessible with golf cart. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals there when desired. Property management was always polite, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed restaurants at all 3 squares and the pools and rec centers near our home. I would definetly recommend this property and would stay here again.

  We rented the home for three months (Jan though March) in 2021 and 2022. The house is very nice, has nice decorating, and the kitchen is equipped with useful pot, pans, and utensils. The house is very clean and everything was in working order. A bonus is that it comes with a golf cart. The cart is an older model but ran well for us, we used it a lot.
  
  The back screened lanai has wood furniture with four chairs and works well. The one caution is that those small lizards do find a way in so keep the pation door closed if you don't want these small friend in the house!
  
  There is a nice size master bedroom suite on on eside of the house and then two guest bedrooms on the other side with a bathroom. A nice feature is a sliding pocket door that allows you the opportunity to close off tha area for guests' privacy.
  
  The neighbors are friendly and made us feel welcome. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained.

  We rented this home for the the winter. It was a very nice home with tasteful decorations, comfortable furniture, and in a very convenient neighborhood. It had linens we could use, nice appliances, and a new big screen TV. A big plus for us is it came with a golf cart!
