LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!.... This charming home is located in Liberty Park and is about five minutes from Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of sun or fun the Allamanda Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

This home away from home welcomes you with charm & comfort from the moment you walk thru the front door. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is set up with 2 twin sized beds for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The enclosed lanai and outside patio is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or juice, or a great place to invite new friends over at the end a busy day of activities before heading out to the town squares.

This dog friendly home comes complete and includes a GOLF CART, BBQ, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We came to The Villages for a much needed vacation, and the house we rented was just what we needed. Nice size for us. Had everything there, except a coffee pot. It had a Keurig, but we’ve never used one, nor had the pods, so had to go buy a coffee maker. We had a minor problem with the golf cart, but Kevin was out immediately to solve the issue. The house was very clean, and well stocked, and the area is really nice and very safe. Very close to Sumter Landing and shopping. We enjoyed the size and layout of the house so much, we ended up buying our own house exactly like this rental.
  The people at Down Home Properties were always very friendly and helpful whenever I called.
  If we had not bought our own place, I would definitely rent this one again
