The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Truman Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

This beautiful home will welcome you the minute you open the front door. With the soft, warm colors of this home you'll feel right at home immediately. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms each have queen size beds for your guest to enjoy & feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The enclosed lanai is located off the living room and is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. The side patio a great spot to fire up the gas grill for a barbecue with friends before heading off to town square for a night of dancing and fun! Also this home offers plenty of comfort for the small furry family members to enjoy their vacation as well.

This home comes complete and includes a gas Golf Cart, BBQ Grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun!  Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for your enjoyment.

  It was barely acceptable. Very tired decor, carpet, bathroom shower, and kitchen appliances. Washing machine rusted. Outdoor grill rusted out and not used. Cooking pans scratched up. Bed toohigh off floor in guest room. Faucets corroded. Patio dirty and mildewed.

  The home we rented thru Down Home Properties was perfect for us. The owners of the home have a perfect set up for dog owners. The home was well stocked w/essentials / very clean / excellent floor plan when sharing with another couple. We had no complaints about anything with this home. I wish all of our extended stays were as nice and issue free as this one was.

  Great location - 10 min. drive to Brownwood and Sumpter Squares. Neighborhood pool a 5 min. walk. Down Home Properties was excellent to work with - highly recommend.
  Only issue was the internet connection - had to reboot a number of times daily.

  A perfect home to rent for our stay in the Villages. We were visiting family and experiencing everything the villages had to offer. Centrally located, it was just a short ride to Brownwood or Sumpter town centers and the rec centers for swimming,pickleball,shuffleboard. The house came with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant; Morning coffee on the shaded lanai,plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. I would recommend renting a home through Down Home Properties, they made the renting experience so easy. They put any fears I had of renting out of state to rest.
