The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Fenney Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, nature trails, and much more.

You'll feel right at home the moment you enter this beautifully decorated home. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The den offers a quiet get away ideal for kicking back with a good book and includes a queen size pull out sofa for those last minute overnight guests to be comfortable. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Enjoy your private patio that offers space to enjoy your morning coffee or juice while planning your day of fun. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities and enjoy grilling some burgers with your new friends.

This home comes complete and includes a 4-Seater Gas Golf Cart, BBQ grill, and WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Nice modern home. Quite comfortable and pleasant neighborhood. No lanai, but had a table with umbrella and chairs on a little patio. Very pleasant. Would recommend.

  It was the most uncomfortable rental I have ever booked. It was furnished with the bare minimum. I had to buy blankets because none were provided. The bedspreads were very old and threadbare and should be replaced. The bed in the 3rd bedroom is a sofacouch. The middle bedroom had a pillow top as the mattress. The whole yard was dead and the landlord was on the property almost daily messing in it. The location was nice but is a considerable drive to Brownwood or Sumter Landing. Very quite neighborhood.

  Very nice villa. Nice location with quiet neighborhood. Nicely furnished and clean. We really enjoyed the patio with the gas grill. My only complaint would be needing a few more items in the kitchen—a few more dishes, cookie sheets, kitchen/dish towels.

  Experience with down home properties was great, and the home itself was wonderful.
  The owner of this property was a different story, the property is advertised with a lovely blue golf cart, but instead we got a not so nice gold colored golf cart that ended up breaking down on us while we were out! But the reason I know of the lovely blue golf cart is because the owner was driving it several of the many times that he stopped by the property to check sprinklers, or do yard work.
  Let me say again, DOWN HOME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WAS GREAT, and the other properties we have stayed in have always been a great experience this particular address I would not recommend.

  The house was very comfortable and well appointed. Very close to 2 pools and putt and play. Edna’s on the Green and the Fenney Grill are right there. Lots of walking trails. The golf cart is a definite plus!

  1st time renters in the villages. location was particularly good for us. could walk to fitness center to work out. could walk to pool to swim laps. very good nature walk where we took good photos of wildlife. kitchen was very well equipped, to our surprise. easy to go to everglades for yoga. easy to access 301 which we would take to state parks for kayaking. would like to see a large towel bar in each bathroom as there was no place to hang towels but over the shower curtain bar. house is an A+
