The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Chatham Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with a peaceful view of the Oakleigh Golf Course. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. There is a quaint sitting/great room for the quiet evenings. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The 2nd guest room has been converted to an office/day room with a desk for those that still need to keep up with business and sofa that can convert for those last minute guests along with a TV. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the enclosed lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper or great for those nights you want to enjoy relaxing while watching the golfers finish off their games. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This pet-friendly home comes complete and includes a WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
