The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Big Cypress Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards rooms, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is thoughtfully and offers an open floor with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals eat-in nook to enjoy your morning coffee or a quick afternoon bite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to enjoy. The 2nd guest room is set up as an office/sitting room with a queen size Murphy bed for your guests comfort and a desk complete with printer for those still trying to do a little work away from home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the enclosed lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space all year round. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. The outdoor space is great for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends and relaxing around the fire pit. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes a BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
