  This was our third year renting the same house. There are many features about this house that we especially like - the roominess of the house, the layout of the house, location to the recreation center, location in general, and every year updates are made to the house whuch are needed for an older property. Even though we cannot go in the pool because it is too cold, it makes the lanai a very pleasant place to relax. Downhome Properties goes above and beyond to help! (There are two snakes on the outside wall of the pool. Saw them last couple of days we were there) you can leave this off of display.

  This property was perfect for our winter get-away. Loved the privacy of the patio pool area, cleanliness of the house, amenities provided, and the convenient location to the town squares, nightly entertainment, golf and recreation centers, shopping and churches. Central Florida location makes visits to Orlando, many State and National Parks, plus the Gulf and Atlantic coasts possible in a day.

  House and pool area were nice. Pool turned green one day and we had to wait 24 hours after the pool service treated to utilize pool again. Privacy was nice. I had noted upon researching the property that pest control was needed (roaches). I assumed that had been taken care hasn't been.
  Inconvenient having to travel 20 minutes to check in and out of property. All my previous rentals have had lock boxes on site that allowed me to go straight to the property and leave keys upon departure.
  Wi-Fi worked first day, but not after that. I didn't make a complaint about it, so guess I shouldn't complain. No instructions for using electronics.
  An enjoyable stay, but it could have been awesome with a bit more consideration.
  Will have to wait up to two weeks to see if security deposit is refunded timely. I don't understand the two week wait as I believe the property was to be rented out within two days of my departure. Surely they would inspect prior to a new renter.
