The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun the Chatham Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this beautiful villa. This home is comfortably decorated in warmth and comfort in mind and offers a great open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home is located at the end of the road and offers an AMAZING view all around you from the screened in lanai. There is seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice or to enjoy the view off the golfers warming up in the morning sun or winding down their game in the evening in the private backyard. The lanai is also a great place to end a busy day of activities or you can invite your new friends over and hang out before heading out to the town squares.

This home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
 
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  This home is very clean and beautifully furnished with an amazing oversized King-size bed, and contains absolutely everything u need for your stay. The privacy that this home offers is unbeatable, and the golf course view is beautiful. This home is located two minutes from the Publix and many stores. Spanish Springs is 10-15 minutes away. This place CAN’T BE BEAT!!!

  The property was perfect - nice and clean. It was empty enough (not cluttered) to make you feel as though you weren't in someone else's house but also had all the necessities you would need/want. Directly on the green side of a par 3. Definitely a great house for people who enjoy golf - I was minutes away from the clubhouse (Nancy Lopez) and played quite a bit of golf. Beware if you are not an early morning person, the grounds crews are out early in the AM.
  
  Very close Publix for groceries and a handful of other things in a strip mall just a min or 2 away via golf cart. Small pub (Beef O'Brady's was there and good as well). 30 mins golf cart ride over to Sumter Square and Spanish springs.
