The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. This screened in porch wraps around to the side and provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and a great dining area for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. AND this great home offers an enlarged 2.5 car garage so nothing is left out in the sun.

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, 2 bikes, whole home water filtration system, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. If softball is your sport of choice you are only minutes to the soon to come Everglades Sports Complex.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We had a great experience visiting the Villages. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. We wish we had of had access to the bicycles. The Hogeye Pathway was within walking distance to the rental.

  My wife and I have rented this home twice and find it to be a very comfortable, clean and very attractive. We always have a great time. The golf cart ran very well and was fun to drive. The yard was larger than most in that area that gave us some privacy.

  My wife and I loved this home to escape the cold northern winter. It was very comfortable with a private yard. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was a nice place to prepare our meals. We greatly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee in the screened in porch. We would love to stay here again in the future.

  We originally booked the rental from June 2 thru Aug 8. Things got pushed around and the host made arrangements easy to extend our stay. The rental was located in a newer part of The Villages, Marsh Bend. The home was perfect for our stay and the addition of the golf cart was really a bonus. The lanai was a great place to enjoy the evening while grilling dinner on the gas grill. The house had all the amenities we needed for everyday living, just like being at your own home. We would definitely stay again if we ever needed to.
