You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The both guest bedrooms have a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and paper. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, BBQ, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Extremely close to Sumter Square, about a 5 minute walk.
  The house was very comfortable, clean and stocked with all the cooking essentials.
  The bathrooms were very clean and there was definitely enough towels.
  I have stayed in the villages before and this is by far the best location and it has all the amenities anyone could want.
  I would stay here again, no question.

  Villa was clean and excellent especially with the pool across the road. but we had bad weather and the tv was very poor with no streaming channels , current films or BBC current news I think the owners should look into this

  The management company was outstanding. The location was great. The landscaping had not been trimmed in months and was not trimmed the two months we were their. The inside furnishing were very nice and very well decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.
