You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute ride to La Plaza Grande Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. You are also minutes to Silver Lake Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms and tennis. When you are ready to hit the course Orange Blossom Hills Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner are only minutes away. And if you're looking for more activities..you're a quick ride to Paradise Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. If an adult pool is what you are looking for the Southside pool and spa are only a short ride from the house.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with bright welcoming colors. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals (If you choose not to cook you will find many wonderful restaurants close by). The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large closet, TV, and a private master bath. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, TV, perfect to make your guests that stop in to visit feel comfortable. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course there is also a Florida room with comfortable seating to just relax in the warm sun or read the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities.

This home comes complete with a 4 SEATER GOLF CART, GAS BBQ & WiFi Internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We had a great time in the Villages. Lots of golf and good restaurants. The nightly entertainment at Spanish Springs Square was very good. Our vacation was cut short because of the virus. We play to return to The Villages in 2021.

  Nice clean 2 bedroom/ Baths home . Spacious kitchen and living room. There is plenty of room for improvements to the exterior. Pull weeds and trim Bushes. Cleaners must have forgot about cleaning washer/dryer room ., Golf cart backseats were disgusting and covered with mold. We called about the washer room and golf cart needing cleaned . Very quick and friendly service! Would highly recommend this home to future renters!
