You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and has an open fresh feel with the cool color palette and vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare favorite recipes while entertaining new friends and a separate dining area for a more formal feel. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a nice flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The den is a great place to get away for some quiet time and offers a desk and pull out sofa for those last minute guests enjoyment. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The enclosed lanai offers plenty of comfortable seating all year round and is a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold beverage before heading out to the town square and dance the night away or just kicking back with new friends and grilling.

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Our 8 day stay was very enjoyable with good weather and plenty of golf. This was a repeat stay at this house due to its central location, spaciousness and general flow. It was very nicely furnished and well appointed. The golf cart was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The teflon frying pans should be replaced due to overuse and a few more sauce pans are sorely needed. A full size blender would have been nice. The dishwasher presented us with some problems which were quickly resolved by Jenna from Downhome Properties.

  The Beckett Run house is very attractive and comfortable. We loved the lanai. The kitchen is well equipped. The mattress in the master suite was not the best.

  We enjoyed the Villages and enjoyed this home. It was comfortable and very convenient to everything in the Villages.
  The only negative about the home is that the mattress in the Master Bedroom should be replaced.
