This beautiful home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Springdale where you're minutes by golf cart to shopping, restaurants, recreation & golfing.  You’re a short walk to the Springdale Recreation Center where you’ll find an adult only pool.  Chatham Square Recreation Center is a 5 minute ride away where you’ll find a family friendly pools, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis & pickleball courts and much more!.  If you feel like getting out for a morning walk the Fitness Trail starts just down the street and gives a scenic view of the Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course. The Villages Polo Field and softball Complex are also a 5 minute ride away.  If it’s shopping or restaurants you’re looking for, you can hop into the car & be at the Mulberry Grove Shopping Center. For the golf enthusiast Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club only minutes away or maybe try one of the FREE executive golf courses close by such as Briarwood and Walnut Grove Golf Course.  For nightly entertainment you’re a short 10 minute ride away from Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs Town Square where you’ll find many restaurants, shopping, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this beautiful home. You will find this home to have an open airy feeling. With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed, wall mounted TV and private master bath with walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed as well as a TV for your guests enjoyment. The den has a full size sleeper sofa and book shelf desk. The Florida room overlooks a private backyard and offers a table and 4 chairs, this makes it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper.  It’s also perfect for having new friends over for a BBQ or just relaxing before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Spring's Town Square to enjoy the FREE Live entertainment nightly.

This PET FRIENDLY home comes complete and includes a GAS GOLF CART, BBQ Grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We arrived on 3/2 and enjoyed the Town Squares and restaurants for about two weeks before it all shut down due to the virus. We still had a very nice time because we had a nice house in a very nice neighborhood. We couldn't socialize due to distancing requirements but we did talk with neighbors at a distance. We enjoyed grilling and eating meals on our lanai. I also enjoyed the Executive Golf courses and could play most days in the morning and be back for breakfast so we could eat together. The weather was outstanding for our entire stay.

  Great place and location was great , house was just about perfect nice and clean everything there that you would need. The staff from rental office was very accommodating. The only hiccup was with golf cart but we didn't care.
