  Property clean and well maintained. Pictures were accurate and the lanai was amazing. Watching all the wildlife in the lake. Saw the alligator living there, small one but still fun to watch. Hannah was great and answered all questions and delivered a full BBQ tank when we ran out. Would love to rent this house again. The neighbours introduced themselves and very friendly.

  The home is located ona. Ice property but has limited supplies(dishes, utensils, etc.) The golf cart was poorly maintained and required maintenance during our stay.
  Management company mislead us on first right of refusal. Disappointed.

  Our family enjoyed our stay in the Villages. The house was spacious and well maintained. It was in a great location. We went swimming, golfing, played shuffleboard, bocce, and pool. We listened to music a few evenings at all three squares - so much fun!

  There were several issues with this property: Plumbing problems; Hot water tank leaked into the house, coffee pot was broken and unable to repair, fire pit didn’t work, and general maintain was not up to what we expected.
  DHP was very professional and responded immediately.

  We had a great experience with this rental. We arrived late on Saturday night. Everything was ready for us at the house. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I wasn’t sure how much we’d use the golf cart, but it made getting around to the amenities quickly and easily. We’d love to rent again.

  It was wonderful and breathtakingly relaxing from the moment we walked in the door. My blood pressure dropped 50 points at least from the peacefulness and beauty around the back yard.
