The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of sun or fun the Silver Lake Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

This home away from home welcomes you with charm & comfort from the moment you arrive. Beautifully decorated with comfort in mind including a large enclosed front porch you can enjoy anytime of the year. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 65” flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The enclosed lanai provides a quiet escape accessible from the master bedroom or the living room and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or juice or to enjoy a relaxing afternoon before heading out to dance the evening away.

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Clean house with comfy king size bed. Couches and chairs comfy. Great location. Loved the table and chairs which were for outside. Used them in the covered lanai. Golf cart great. So close to golf courses. Great Restaurant and bar so close to us. Four minute walk to adult pool. We were very pleased!

  This is a very comfortable home. We stayed for the month of Feb 2019. Very clean, modern appliances, big screen tv, comfortable furniture (especially the king bed), and the linens were all five star. We especially enjoyed the gas golf cart. We did have an internet problem which the owner quickly resolved. Keep in mind it is a very busy street however the proximity to the Spanish springs town square was a plus. We especially liked the Orange Blossom clubhouse. The rental company (Down Home properties) were very accommodating and helpful.

  I recently rented the above property. The rental was appropriately comfortable, however there are a few items that can make someones stay better.
  
  
  
  
  1. There is no cable channels to watch. For someone staying there long term that would not be good.
  
  
  
  
  2. A hair dryer in the unit would have been nice.
  
  
  
  
  3. It seemed like the sheets were brand new, but not laundered prior to making the beds. They were scratchy and uncomfortable. However we both agreed the mattresses were very nice. The pillows were terrible.
  
  
  
  4. I was surprised there was not a small selection of spices. I have rented other condos that have some of the basics for
  
  cooking.
  
  There was only salt and pepper. Kitchen and paper products were supplied well. It seemed like we may have been one of
  
  the first to rent this home.
  
  
  
  
  5. The golf cart is not conducive to holding two sets of clubs. Weird!
