The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Phillips Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this beautiful small dog friendly villa. This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a beachy & open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full size Murphy bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened in lanai has seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. Kick back and enjoy the view off the golfers warming up in the morning sun or winding down their game in the evening in the private backyard. The lanai is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with friends before heading out to the town squares.

This home comes complete and includes a BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
 
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Nice location about 6 blocks to grocery store, back yard facing a Par 4 on the Nancy Lopez golf course. Heat & A/C worked beautifully. Down Home Properties was responsive to our every request. Couldn't be more pleased. It was "pet friendly" although we don't travel with a pet and there was a lot of dog hair.

  This home is perfect to bring your even has doggie doors and no carpets or rugs. Clean and cozy with a spectacular view of Nancy Lopez's championship course, hole #5. We had a perfect stay!
