You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is warmly decorated with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and an eat in area. This home also offers a semi-formal dining area. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV sounds relaxing. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed, TV, 2 walk-in closets, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other guest room offers a full-size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home also offers plenty of privacy in the rear with privacy landscaping outside the screened in lanai. The lanai offers a table & seats to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with friends before heading out to the town squares.

This home comes complete and includes a 4-seater golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also encouraged to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  My family (2 adult daughters and a son-in-law) and I came to the Villages to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday at my sister's home. My sister, brother-in-law and mother live 2 blocks away from the rental property so the location was great. The home was beautiful and spotless. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

  My husband and I spent the month of March at 1868 Poppy Circle. The property was clean, well maintained and plenty of room. Location was perfect for getting to golf and Lake Sumter Landing. Would definitely rent this property again.

  Nice location. The house was generally acceptable, but like an old motel that hadn't been updated but is serviceable. Rarley see non porcelin sinks, the sinks are fiberglass and show scratches and don't rinse clean with just water because they are old. The kitchen faucet doesn't shut off without effort and is visibly damaged. Living room furniture like cheap rental furniture and not enough light in the living room or kitchen dining. Low wattage light bulbs like a cheap motel and need at least one more lamp. The kitchen table is marred, the laminate surfaces are scratched and damaged. There are chips in the ceramic tile. Beds are great. Golf cart has burn in seat and no basket for storage, and the golf bags won't stay in place because there is no base support for them - just the straps that hold them in at the top. Had to put a small clothes basket on the seat and use bunge strap to hold it so we had a place for a sweater or golf head covers. Can't use the cart to get groceries because there is no place for them. Overall, the property is overpriced. I assumed for the price we would get a nicer property - which it would be if someone kept it maintained and up to date. I feel like we were overcharged - someone is asleep at the wheel for taking this rental property listing at this price.

  Our rental home in the Villages exceeded our expectations!
  It was modern and updated, nicely decorated and had a well appointed kitchen. Being near Sumtpter Landing was also a big plus. We would definitely rent this home again.

  This house was perfect for our needs. My wife and I and my two brothers and one of their guests stayed in this house. The house was nicely decorated, immaculate and well furnished. Towels, linens, soap, dish washing detergent, coffee filters and dishes were all provided along with many other conveniences that we didn't even need to use.
  I have a brother who lives in the Villages and this house afforded us a great location near to his house.
  Also Down Home Properties were so helpful in arranging our stay. Even to the point of leaving the keys in a lock box because we arrived after hours. A Welcome Packet on the kitchen counter fully explained checking in, checking out and whatever we needed to know about our stay including things to do.
  Although we didn't use the golf cart it would have been a great convenience for us in getting around the Villages.
  If you are looking for a place to stay in The Villages or nearby I highly recommend this property and Down Home Properties.

  This house is very bright and full of sunshine. Bacall Rec center within walking distance. Found everything we needed and more. Not crazy about the electric BBQ.
