This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Santiago, close to Spanish Springs Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for some activities the El Santiago Recreation Center is only minutes away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you’re entertaining friends & family or enjoying your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, double walk in closets, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Curl up with a good book or do a little extra work in the back den or enjoy some relaxation on the screen enclosed lanai!

This small dog friendly home comes complete and includes a golf cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Our stay at 1908 DeHoyos Place was absolutely incredible! Great location,great house, great floor plan. Tried to rent again but unfortunately the property was taken off the rental list-bummer!

  The golf cart needed serviced and we had to take care of it and pay the bill but will get reimbursed. The home needs a good, thorough cleaning including washing the floors and carpet, windows and blinds. It also needs repairs to the front door screen and door latch and lanai door lock. We liked the layout of the home and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed our time in this home.

  Only carpet in house in guest bedroom; very dirty. Sprayer in kitchen sink had to be replaced. Kitchen door latch required WD-40 treatment to work properly. Halfway through stay, towel rod in master bath fell off the wall. Mattress in master bedroom to soft and box springs did not fit bed frame properly. All that said, the stay was fairly pleasant. Golf cart was excellent. I would recommend this property but not overwhelmingly.
