This beautifully decorated home is located in the neighborhood of Glenbrook, just a quick golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and the Savannah Center Regional Recreation Center. Here you'll find swimming pools, billiards room, and so much more! The squares offer FREE live entertainment nightly, movie theaters, dining and shopping.

This beautiful home will welcome you the minute you open the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seats if you're entertaining. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and a private master bath. The master bath has a walk in shower, his & her sinks and comes with towels & linens. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and the den is set up with pull out sofa. The lanai is a great spot to relax in the evening while after a day of fun.

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fee or you can pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun!  Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  This house and location were very nice just as we expected. Had trouble with the golf cart and was not available for 4 days. The kitchen equipment could stand some improvement. Things, except for the golf cart, that came up were handled promptly by the property management folks. Really a very enjoyable experience and would rent again.

  This is a good location for the Villages, lovely neighborhood. It appears there was no inspection for occupancy. The kitchen was was in need of a thorough cleaning, the microwave display was not working, the carpets were stained, and some of the towels were mildewed in the master bathroom. The washer and dryer location required a flash light to see the displays and I had to stand in the corner in front of the washer and dryer to operate them. Bleach had leaked in the cabinet where it was stored.
  Personal items remained in the bathrooms and throughout the house.
  There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. When the rental company was informed we were told to buy some ant spray. However, the owner learned of this problem from a neighbor and his exterminator alleviated the problem.
