The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with his & her sinks and a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home and a private bathroom with a walk in shower & extra linens. The second bedroom is set up with a twin & full sized bunk beds for when the grand kids stop by overnight. The 3rd guest bath is set up with extra towels and linens also. Enjoy your day relaxing by the private pool or your evening cozying up with friends around the beautiful fire pit. The large lanai offers comfortable seating to curl up on & a table & chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or gather on while getting ready to head up to one of the squares to dance the night away with your new friends.

This home is fully stocked and ready for you to come play & enjoy! Including BBQ Grill & WiFi internet connection!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 38 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
