This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in one of the most convenient neighborhoods. Pennecamp is conveniently located close to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing where you'll find Winn-Dixi for grocery needs. You are also about a 15 minute golf cart ride to the Colony Plaza if you are looking for Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, many clothing shops, restaurants and more. You are only minutes by golf cart to Fishhawk Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. When you are ready to do some golfing head on over to Cane Garden Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. If you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickleball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed from the moment you step thru the front door. This home boasts a bright & airy feeling with the open floor plan & vaulted ceiling.  With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare your meals at home, including all new upgraded Stainless Steel appliances. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying time with friends or watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with built in USB ports, flat screen TV, walk in closet & private master bath with a walk in shower.  The 1st guest room has a comfortable king size bed for your guests to enjoy. The 2nd guest room is set up as a den with a desk for those that need a little space and a queen sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress for your last minute overnight guests to feel at home. Each bedroom and both baths include extra linens. There's an enclosed lanai with some comfortable seating that makes for a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and paper. The back yard is enclosed with more comfortable seating, including a couple chaise lounges around the private pool & spa, a table with chairs, and chairs set around the gas fire pit. This is the perfect place to have a few friends over for a BBQ before heading off to the squares for the evening or just relax for the day.

This home comes complete with a Golf Cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

    Love,Love, this home was the best ever. It was very clean. Had everything we need. Pool was perfect after a hot day on the pickleball court.Bed was very comfortable. Nice to have had Netflix and Prime on a rainy day. Would love to rent it again next year if we could.

    This was an exceptional home. The internet speed was below par. When brought to the attention of management improvement was accomplished but sill not as fast as it should have been. We were surprised that a post box was not provided with the home. This was stated in the agreement but I overlooked this stipulation since a previous rental came with one. It was a hassle getting our mail forwarded to a box at a nearby post office. Location was a 20 minute golf cart ride from Lake Sumter Landing. Everything else was great.

      We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit and your home away from home. Due to the owners not giving us their permission for use of the mail boxes, we don't make it a practice to have them available to the guests and do ask that you get a PO Box from the post office, a pack & ship store, or a UPS store since we don't always get the keys for emergency access either.
