  We had a great stay. The property was very clean and welcoming. The air conditioning stopped working. When we called the management company they were out to look at it within 20 minutes and had the air conditioning company out that day to repair it. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends!

  This was our second year in this home in April and a few days in May and we're going back again next year. We love it there. The only disappointment is that management gave our first week in April to the people who rent the house in February and March without checking to see if we were returning. Not the way to do business, but it is what it is.

  We enjoyed our 5 week stay at this property. It is centrally located near Brownwood and several rec centers, including the Eisenhour regional center. We especially enjoyed spending time on the screened patio overlooking the small lake that attracts a variety of wildlife. The home is well-maintained and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We will definitely rent the property if we return to the Villages.

  This home is not only beautiful and in a great area, but everything you could possibly need is provided. The kitchen is the best well stocked we've ever stayed in. Our most favorite spot was the lanai.
