This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home located in the neighborhood of St. Charles. The home is convenient to Lake Sumter Landing and only a short trip to the newest town center Brownwood Paddock Square. The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about 5 minutes from Pinellas Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Winn-Dixie for your grocery needs, Walgreen's pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. If a day of relaxation poolside sounds like fun you are only minutes to Fish Hawk recreation center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Cane Garden Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more you're about 5 minutes to Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with Florida colors & theme and has a bright open floor plan. The kitchen has been updated and is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home and the other bedroom is set up with 2 comfortable twin sized beds perfect for when the grandkids stop by.  Both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai where you will find a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice as well as your evening meals. Invites your new friends over for a BBQ on the pergola patio and you can pull the benches together to make a handy table & bench seating before you head out to the squares for a night of fun!  

This beautiful Dog Friendly home comes complete with a golf cart, BBQ grill & WiFi. With the purchase of Resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

    All went very well and we really did not want to go home to Wisconsin’s cold and windy weather. We need to stay longer next year.
