Pimlico Neighborhood Recreation Center is just a short golf cart ride and you'll find a swimming pool, if you are looking for more to do Churchill Street Recreation Center offers billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Laurel Manor Regional Recreation Center is close by as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home has an open floor plan and is beautifully decorated with an inviting color scheme. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers, a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and TV for your guests enjoyment and a guest bath complete with towels and linens. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. 

This home is fully stocked and ready for you to come play & enjoy! Including GAS BBQ & FREE WiFi internet connection!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Property description pretty accurate. Property is in Avery nice community, older than I thought. Needs some updates. Front porch furnishing not very comfortable. I liked the convenience to the pool, & shopping area.
