The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a large his & her sinks and a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The second guest room is set up as a relaxing sitting area where you can get away & also offers a comfortable queen size pull out sofa and a desk for your worker in the family or your last minute guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The extended screened lanai offers a a great space for just enjoying your morning coffee or just kicking back and relaxing with friends after a busy day of activities before headed out to the squares for an evening of entertainment.

This home is fully stocked and ready for you to come play including golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 38 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Was nice and comfortable. Needed night lights as very dark at night and also could not reach bottom of washing machine as I am short. It was so far from center and activities. Lady across street is frightened of dogs and hollered at W with foul language.
