The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends and family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 50" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a large vanity area and a walk-in shower. The guest room is set up as a relaxing sitting area where you can get away & also offers a comfortable queen size pull out sofa and TV for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The front screened in patio offers a a great space for just enjoying your morning coffee or just kicking back and relaxing with friends after a busy day of activities before headed out to the squares for an evening of entertainment.

This home is fully stocked and ready for you to come play & enjoy! Including WiFi internet connection!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 38 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  The home was very nice except the furniture was terribly uncomfortable should have done more research and paid attention to the pictures but the bed was so hard we had to buy an egg crate mattress topper and the living room had only two upright loveseats. There was nothing in the home to put your feet up on nothing in the home that was comfortable And even though it says it sleeps four it’s just a sofa bed in the second bedroom So renter beware Plus the kitchen was very sparsely furnished. They only cut the grass 3 times while we were there in 3 months so our dog had a hard time going potty in the tiny area of grass everything else was rock
