You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with warm inviting colors, all new furniture and has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for your guests to feel at home.  The guest bath is complete with towels and linens as well. The lanai is where you will spend most of your time! You will want to relax each morning with a coffee or tea while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends at the end of a busy day before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. And if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and read the courtyard villa is perfect...you have privacy walls to give you the feeling of being in your own private world. 

This home comes complete with WiFi internet AND TWO BICYCLES. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  This was our first visit to the villages (May 2023). We arrived at the village prior to our check in time and before the office opened however the after hours staff were very helpful and let us into the house a few hours early. We found this house very clean and it had a Very Well Stocked kitchen with every accessory you would need. The house was very quite and we never saw a neighbor during our stay. The house is close to Sumter Landing and we walked there almost every day. The golf cart brakes were a little issue and hopefully they will be fixed for the next renter. We did leave a note regarding this. We would recommend this house !

  Our stay in Creekside was fantastic! The home was very clean, close to Lake Sumpter Landing eateries and had an amazing golf cart! We were able to travel all over The Villages from this location and would highly recommend it to our friends!

  This home in Creekside Landing is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Newer furniture and updated flooring add to it’s appeal. We could walk to Sumter Landing which made this spot ideal! We have rented with DownHome many times and highly recommend them and the properties they manage.

  It was nice to have a comfortable villa to come back to after going through an estate sale at our sold home. Furnishings were very nice but was very spoiled from owning our own home for we didn't like seeing the villa wall! Still, it filled our needs at the time & if you are busy in The Villages during your stay, the villa wall won't matter!!!
