The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute drive to Grand Traverse Shopping Center and about 10 minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. You will find the neighborhood pool a short walk away if a day in the sun is what you had in mind and you are only minutes to Burnsed Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool when the grandkids stop by, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.  When you are ready to try your hand at a round of golf Belle Glade Country Club with championship golfing & a pro shop are a short ride away.  After playing 18 holes check out their restaurant, open for lunch and dinner daily. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute ride to Rohan Regional Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. This home was thoughtfully decorated and offers an open floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and the dining area seats 6 comfortably. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV sounds relaxing. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closets, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a roman shower and his & her sinks & vanities. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The den has a comfortable pull-out sofa, relaxing chair, and a desk for those that still need to work. You can kick back and relax while watching the flat screen TV or use it for those last minute visitors. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with extra bath towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating as well as a table and 4 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away or inviting your new Villages friends over for dinner on the BBQ grill. 

This home comes complete with BBQ Grill & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 36 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  For the second time we had a very positive stay with Downhome, we are especially appreciative of Michelle . Everyone at Downhome was very professional and quick to respond to our questions and needs. We a few issues with the house, and Downhome responded quickly to resolve these issues.
  We would like to return again next year and rent for the months of February and March . The home on Deskin Lane was a lovely home however the bed mattress was very uncomfortable. We are noping to find a rental with a large lanai with a pool or on a golf course and with a usable golf cart, and a more comfortable bed.
  Please send my appreciation to Michelle and the entire staff for being so very helpful and making all the paperwork and our stay go very seamlessly. We have told our friends that we will only continue to resent from Downhome !!!!
