If you are looking for a short visit, this beautiful villa is available April thru December with a 3 night minimum! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom villa is located on a large corner site at the end of the street in the Village of Hillsborough neighborhood. Hillsborough is conveniently located within a mile of Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute drive to Grand Traverse Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. And minutes to Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more  about a 5 minute ride to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 60" Samsung flat screen TV. Grab your favorite book and curl up in the small sitting area off the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 43" Toshiba flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedrooms both have queen size beds & 32" Toshiba flat screen TVs for your guests to enjoy and feel at home also. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai where you can enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities before heading out to the square for FREE nightly entertainment. Grab a few steaks or some burgers and invite some new Villages friends over for a BBQ in your private back patio & lawn. The large courtyard offers plenty of space for fun with a table and chairs or just chill and relax in the beautiful Florida sun and the privacy of this home.

This great home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We stayed in this home while my parents were doing some re-modeling of their house, also in The Villages.
  This house was perfect - having hardwood floor throughout - their wheelchairs worked much better than carpet.
  The home has a peaceful feeling from the moment you first walk in. The decor is simple, but elegant. Having light colors throughout the home, present a calming effect. The covered patio is lovely, although too hot to enjoy most of the week we were there. The house had extra towels and bed linens - which you never usually have in a rental.
