Mallory Country Club is about a mile away and offers Championship golf and has one of the most popular country club restaurants in the community. You're less than a mile to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and Free live entertainment nightly. Caroline Neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance. Here you'll find a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball & horseshoe pits. Your also less than a mile from Coconut Cove Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billiards room and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home offers a private back yard with a serene setting. There is beautiful landscaping with a water feature giving the patio area a relaxing atmosphere. This home is beautifully decorated with wood floors throughout the home and has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range and everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a nice flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers his & her sinks, a walk in shower, and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The guest bath comes complete with extra towels and linens. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and offers a serene setting the whole family will enjoy, including the small family pet. The lanai is also the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book with the relaxing sounds of nature. The private courtyard is a great spot to have a barbecue or sit and relax with friends before heading off to the free nightly entertainment. 

This home is small dog-friendly and comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, Bikes, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  This property is quite spacious on the interior and the small outside sitting area is nicely landscaped. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, etc. The weather allowed us to take advantage of being outside as well as on the Lanai. I wouldn't say that it was immaculately clean but was adequate. It is a nice walking area with easy access to stores, restaurants and evening entertainment. Having the golf cart available was wonderful.

  This house a GREAT location to Sumter Landing. If you need to make a quick trip to the grocery store- it's minutes away. The home had a great layout...super nice kitchen and sunroom. Our only criticism would be the couches. They're rather old & stiff- an upgrade to those would make the place perfect!
