You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan with a calming spa like feel. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a stretched screened lanai with a dining table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. There is also an added seating area that is a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities before heading out to the square for FREE nightly entertainment. Also, what better way to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine than to sit around your own private pool. Enjoy the privacy and view that this home offers with the sparkling pool and water view behind it.

This beautiful home comes complete and includes a FREE WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Overall nice experience. The pic of the pool was a big draw for us. Patio doors had alarm thatcouldn't be turned off and reset when convenient. Also only accessible from inside so loud alarm when going in and awaken sleepers. Pool moldy under edges and filter and fountain didn't work. Called office and no help.

  It was great except for 2 things:
  
  1. the pool alarm - there should be a button in the pool area so the alarm doesn't go off every time you open the door.
  
  2. I was told by Down Home Properties was sending over people to clean the carpets and it had to be done ASAP?! This should never be booked while there are renters in the house. They canceled the cleaners but that was super annoying.

  The house was very comfortable with a great pool and lots of privacy. Location was great with easy access to Brownwood and shopping off of Route 44. It could have been cleaner, especailly the lanai. Some of the utensils and pans in kitchen seriously need to be replaced. Needs a little TLC. Also, photo on site needs to be updated to show Route 44 is right to left of house. It did not bother us and preferred the wall and privacy on that side, but the road noise could be an issue for some. Michele and Down Home properties was very helpful with any issues. Would definitely use this company again.

  The house and pool were beautiful and we enjoyed them very much the house could have been a little cleaner and Downhome properties were helpful except they lost our check and would not reimburse the cost of having to stop payment on the check which cost me about $50 they gave me a $15 Panera card for a small comp

  Unfortunately the beautiful picture of the pool and lake does not reflect that if looking slightly left one sees Rt.44 and relatively heavy traffic. Also, while the pool is quite nice, an unheated pool is of no use in the winter months...we never set foot in the water. The lanai needed cleaning.The house is nicely furnished and the neighborhood is great!

We understand that the pool is not heated but it also isn't advertised in way indicate that it is heated and we understand that the traffic can be heavy at certain times of the day or year but still is tolerable where you can enjoy this beautiful home and all it has to offer still.
