This beautifully decorated golf course home is located in the neighborhood of Belle Aire, just a quick fifteen minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and minutes to the Summerhill Neighborhood Recreation Center,  Saddlebrook Recreation Center or Savannah Center Regional Recreation Center.  Here you'll find swimming pools, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, basketball court, volleyball, ceramics/art center, card rooms and so much more!  Lake Sumter Landing offers FREE live entertainment nightly, dancing, movie theaters, dining and shopping. Southern Trace Shopping Center offers Publix for grocery shopping, Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, banking, shopping and dining options and is only a ten minute golf cart ride away.  

This beautiful 2/2 home will welcome you the minute you open the front door.  With the soft, warm colors of this home you'll feel right at home immediately.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. (If you choose not to cook, there are so many great restaurants to try). The living room offers a comfortable sofa and chair, perfect if you're entertaining or watching TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath.  The master bath has a walk in shower and comes with towels & linens.  The guest bedroom is set as a den/office and has a queen size Murphy bed for your guests to feel at home or you to curl up with your favorite book and relax. The enclosed lanai opens up to a spacious screened lanai with a breath taking view of the Talley Ho Golf Course. Both these are a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. You will find ample seating on the screened lanai while you fire up the BBQ grill for a dinner with friends or just kicking back enjoying the beautiful nature views.

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, BBQ grill, 2 Bikes & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees.  And these executive golf courses are not 'pitch & putt' cupcakes.  They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels.  You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses.  You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun!  Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We loved our stay at this house. It was so well equipped and had great outdoor space with a nice view of the golf course. The owners thought of everything we might need, including bicycles & a golf cart. After previously renting a number of houses, I really appreciated the fact that I didn’t feel like I was intruding on somebody’s space. The house was simply decorated and all the closets and dressers were completely empty just waiting for us to move in. The owner was also very responsive. When the TV in the living room stopped working, he quickly
  had it replaced. My only regret is that the house is not available next winter.
