Location, Location, Location....This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home is located in Liberty Park and is about five minutes from Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you'll find restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, live music and dancing every night.  When you are ready to get involved in all the fun activities here, you are only minutes from either the Alamanda Recreation Center or the Liberty Park Neighborhood Recreation Center. At the Alamanda Recreation Center you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards tables, horseshoe pits, bocci ball, shuffleboard and organized activities such as cards, board games & group get together.  At the Liberty Park Recreation Center you'll find an adult only (age 30 or older) swimming pool, bocci ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits available.  

You'll feel right at home and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. The open kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals without feeling left out. You will also be able to enjoy your morning paper and coffee in the breakfast nook while planning your days schedule. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends and family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, his & her walk in closets, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The other guest room has 2 twin size Murphy beds if you need a little extra sleeping space when the grand kids come to visit. You can also curl up with your favorite book and enjoy some quiet down time. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a beautiful enclosed lanai with sliding windows to make it an all season room.  The lanai is set up with a comfortable sofa and chairs for you to curl up with your favorite book or take a nap as well as a table & 4 chairs. This space is the perfect place for you to enjoy relaxing at the end of a busy day of activities or while bar-b-queuing with new friends. To top it all off, this home backs to a villa wall so you have total privacy in the back of this beautiful home.

This beautiful home comes complete and includes a 4 person Golf Cart, BBQ grill, a bicycle & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun!  Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  The property is in a great location. It was clean-ish. It is in need of a deep cleaning. The washing machine was very much in need of cleaning. Although the pans could not go into the dishwasher, there was no dish pan or dish drainer for washing dishes. There didn’t appear to be any dish cloths either. We has to purchase these. The golf cart needs to be replaced. There were no directions for operating it. It is electric but has no gauges to tell if it needs charging. The television does not stay turned off. The landscaping (weeding) is very poor. The garage is very crowded with “stuff” (refrigerator and cabinets) and difficult to use with a car and golf cart. It also has an unpleasant smell. The master bedroom bedding is dated and in need of replacement.

  Beautiful home and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. I would suggest they have the carpets cleaned and update their TVs. You cannot watch TV in bed and the one in the living area is too small. The furnishings and layout of the home are very nice and I would recommend this property.
