Mallory Country Club is about a half mile away and offers Championship golf and has one of the most popular country club restaurants. You're less than five minutes to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square by golf cart where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. Mallory Square Neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance. Here you'll find a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball & horseshoe pits. Your also less than a mile from Coconut Cove Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billards room and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with warm, coastal colors and has an open feel with the vaulted ceilings. The kitchen offers lots of counter space & everything you will need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a nice flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower, water closet and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedrooms offers a comfortable queen size beds. The guest bath has a tub/shower in it and comes with towels and linens.  I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the lanai as it is set up with comfortable seating and a table which makes it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book and relaxing. It's also a great place to sit with your new friends over a cold drink or grilling out before heading off to the free nightly entertainment at one of the Village Squares.  

This home comes complete and includes a BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  It as fine with the exception that there were no chairs for relaxing/reading on the lanai. We found that many similar rentals come with a golf cart which was an added expense to us.

  We had a great time. Played golf over 40 times. The location of our hous was really good, being a couple of miles from Sumpter Landing. Many good places to eat within a few minutes.
