The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute ride to La Plaza Grande Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, Banking, Bealls Outlet, Restaurants and more. You are also minutes to the newly updated Paradise Regional Recreation Center where you'll find a sports swimming pool, many organized activities, arts & crafts room, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.  You can take a quick ride up to the newly remodeled Orange Blossom Hills Country Club where you will enjoy championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. If you're looking for more activities, you are less than a 10 minute ride to Silver Lake Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family-friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickle-ball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. You are also minutes from the Paradise Lake Park with picnic tables and nature surrounding you or enjoy the softball fields and archery range. 

You’ll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you open the front door and are greeted with a gorgeous view of Paradise Lake. This home is beautifully decorated with all new furniture and a casual Florida style. The brand new kitchen includes Quartz countertops and new appliances. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 55" flat screen TV or a movie with the Blu-Ray DVD player. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large closet and a 50" flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player.  The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to feel at home and 32" flat screen TV and blu-ray DVD player only. The 3rd bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. If you are traveling with a car or SUV no need to worry the garage is a 2 car plus golf cart garage so you can store your cart if you decide to rent one!

This beautiful home comes complete with WiFi Internet.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts', they present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You'll pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses and you're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Aloha Way is an lovely home with a charming water view in the historic area of Spanish Springs. The homeowners were even thoughtful enough to provide an Audubon field guide so we could identify the waterfowl. The home has almost everything; a BBQ, golf cart and cable with DVR would help make it complete. It's location is perfect, close to shopping, church, restaurants, entertainment in the square.
  We have been very pleased working with DHPM for many years & are looking forward to doing so again. 😎

  This is a big, beautiful home. It's simply appointed but everything you need is there. On the lake, the view is always busy with a variety of birds. It's a wonderful home to live in while enjoying all The Villages has to offer. And, oh, a short run to Spanish Springs square!

  Lovely home. The view of the lake is beautiful and entertaining.....all the ibis, cranes and mallards. The house had everything I needed. It's in walking distance to the archery range. The Spanish Springs square is minutes away. The perfect spot to enjoy The Villages.
