If you feel like getting out for a morning walk the Fitness Trail starts just down the street and gives a scenic view of the Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course. The polo field and softball complex are also a 5 minute ride away.  If it’s shopping or restaurants you’re looking for, you can hop into the car & be at the Mulberry Grove Shopping Center where you’ll find Publix, Walgreens, Bealls Outlet Store, Beef O'Brady's & so much more!  For the golf enthusiast Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club is a short 5 minute ride away.  You also have a number of the FREE executive golf courses close by such as Briarwood and Walnut Grove Golf Course.  For nightly entertainment you’re a short 10 minute ride away from Lake Sumter Landing Market Square or Spanish Springs Town Square where you’ll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this beautiful villa. You will find this home to have an open floor plan with a charming relaxed feel. With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The kitchen is set up with everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals.  The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for you to enjoy watching your favorite shows or a movie with friends on the 42" TV. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable queen size bed and private master bath with walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed as well as a for your guests to feel at home. The ensuite bath creates a 2nd master suite. Don't forget to pack your laptop computer or Ipad to stay in touch with your friends & family back home with the WiFi internet included.  The enclosed lanai is where you will enjoy relaxing in the evening with a cold drink or sipping coffee or juice in the morning while you plan your busy day of activitiies.
 
This home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Our villa was very clean . The showe in the master bath only heated to a Luke warm, so that should be adjusted. It would be very helpful to have a full length mirror as the only mirrors in the master bedroom were the two small ones over the sink. The front door locks were very tricky to open. Downhomeproperites were very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.

  The Villages was a super nice place. It was very clean and very quit. We enjoyed the nice pool and being able to run and bike of the golf cart roads. This is this prettiest place of this size I have ever visited.
