You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 39" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. Each guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and one bedroom also has another 39" flat screen TV for your to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai over looking the amazing water view with a dining table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities before heading out to the square for FREE nightly entertainment. The private back yard is oversized and includes a BBQ grill so invite over your friends for dinner and cook up your favorite cut of steak!

This beautiful home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  This is a nicely located property within walking distance of Brownwood town square. The kitchen is short on dishes but has all the small appliances including an electric tea pot and Instant pot. When the shutters are open it is bright and inviting. One morning my daughter and her family noticed a bobcat walking along the top off the back wall, so even though the yard is fenced, don’t let your small pets out without a leash!

  We came down quickly in March to be close to my folks during the beginning of the coronavirus... Ended up staying 11 weeks to ensure all was well as things begin to reopen. The house was perfect and really felt like a home away from home. Well equipped... and thanks goodness for all the games, puzzles, etc to keep ourselves busy! Great neighbors 👍��

  We rented this house for 4 months while building a home in the Villages. The home is very close to the square at Brownwood, so convenient to entertainment, shopping and dining. The home has a nice private backyard, with a view of a large stand of trees covered in Spanish moss. The decor is nice and new, although not the most comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. The bedrooms are comfortable and all linens and towels are supplied. The home lacks comfortable outdoor seating and some decor to give it personality. Overall a very nice rental!
