Mallory Country Club is about a half mile away and offers Championship golf and has one of the most popular country club restaurants in community. You're less than five minutes to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square by golf cart where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. Mallory Square Neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance. Here you'll find a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball & horseshoe pits. Your also less than a mile from Coconut Cove Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billards room and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated and has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 50" flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows or the big game and also, for those last minute friends the sofa does offer a pull out option. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, 40" flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower with a seat and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom is set up with a comfortable queen size bed and a 40" flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home. The guest bath is roomy and has a tub/shower in it. You'll spend many hours relaxing in the screen enclosed lanai. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book and relaxing. It's also a great place to sit with your new friends over a cold drink before heading off to the free nightly entertainment at one of the town squares.  

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet, a BBQ grill & a gas Golf Cart. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  The house was confortable and a perfect size for two people,. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and baking. Great location. The golf cart with doors is a plus as is the BBQ. Unfortunately the second bedroom is very small with a double bed. The house was clean but the carpeting soiled. Communication with DownHime properties is excellent.

  This courtyard villa was very clean and comfortable. Great location close to Mallory Hills Golf Club, in a very quiet neighborhood. The villa had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and linen. BBQ utensils and better grill cleaner are required. Overall an excellent rental.
  
  Note: Having access to a golf cart was a bonus but we spent days trying to get an answer concerning collision/liability insurance. Insurance is the owners responsibility and requires additional insurance if being offered to renters. This information should be collected and know by the Property Management Company but they didn’t. Make sure you check when you rent.

  Very Positive experience.Home was very nice,acceptably equipped and comfortable.Needed an upgrade to very basic Cable TV package but one call to DownHome and this was accomplished for the duration of our stay.This upgrade package should be kept for future renters.Location was good,Golf cart was great.Would rent again for sure.

  House was clean, comfortable, and overall very pleasant. Although there was an issue with the gas for the stove and hot water heater the property management folks took care of it promptly. All in all, a great experience. Can’t wait till my next visit!
