Mallory Hill Country Club is about a quarter of a mile and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant.  Largo neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance, here you'll find an adult only swimming pool. If you are looking for activities or the grandkids are in town the Bacall Recreation Center is within walking distance as well and you will find a billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a quarter of a mile away as well.  Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms.  

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door to this beautifully decorated home with an open floor plan and a tropical Florida feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a TV to watch your favorite shows or the big game. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers his & her sinks, a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a high quality comfortable full size bed and a flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home. The 3rd bedroom is set up with a day bed and trundle giving you two comfortable twin size beds, perfect for when the grandkids come to visit! The guest bedroom is also set up with a TV if you are looking for a quite place to watch your favorite movie or curl up with a book. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are complete with extra towels and linens.  Of course you will also find a charming enclosed lanai with a table and 6 chairs as well as a comfortable love seat, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. 

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  We absolutely loved this home, very well decorated, quiet, clean and well maintained, location was perfect. There's golf and countless activities close by, also a lot of fun golf carting around. Restaurants are plenty-full, something for everyone. We are regulars to The Villages, this rental being the best to date. Come and enjoy life in The Villages!
