You're about a 10 minute golf cart drive to Grand Traverse Plaza where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs and more due to open in the fall of 2014.  You are a quick walk to the adult only neighborhood pool if a day in the sun is what you're looking for or jump in the golf cart and in minutes you can be at the Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more it's about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedrooms each have a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a dining table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities before heading out to the square for FREE nightly entertainment.

This beautiful home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, an electric & a gas BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Limited amount of kitchen items but a very nice place. Walking distance to a very private pool. Never crowded. A quick walk to Brownwood if you choose not to take the gas golf cart that was great to have. Parking can be an issue if you have 2 mid to large cars. The Dells was definitely a fun place to stay.
