You're about 2 minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. You are only minutes to Moyer Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts and so much more!. When you are ready to try your hand at some golfing the Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner) are only minutes away. If all that doesn't keep you busy and you're looking for more activities..you're about 2 minutes to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort and a touch of elegance. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home. The second guest bedroom is set up with a queen size sleeper sofa and flat screen TV, this room is perfect if you are looking for a quite place to escape to or if your grand kids stop by for a night or two. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. If you want to enjoy dinning in the warm Florida sunshine you will also find a BBQ grill in your private courtyard to fire up and invite your new friends over before a night on the town!

This home comes complete with a BBQ grill & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  This home was equipped with everything we needed in a vacation rental. The only disappointment was the bbq grill. It was not in good condition: would not feel comfortable using it. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay but wished it came with a golf cart.

  3 Bedroom, 2 bath Courtyard villa met all of our needs and requirements. More room than we needed but very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well equipped. Rear patio provided plenty of privacy. One negative was a humpback running up the middle of the king size bed in master BR making sleep somewhat painful after a number of days. Second negative was no cooking utensils for the BBQ grille. Golf cart provided was just so-so, quite old but still very functional. Side curtains were ripped providing more ventilation than desired on a rainy day. Very convenient to shopping, eating, pools, golf driving range and practice areas. Eagles nest nearby provides unique viewing experience.
