The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens, banking, restaurants and more. Moyer Recreation Center is minutes away, here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms and so much more! If a day poolside is in your plans you will also find the Pine Hills neighborhood recreation center only minutes away. When you're ready to do some golfing the Belle Glade Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and restaurant (open for lunch and dinner) is only minutes away. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 55" flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, 38" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. One guest bedroom is set up with a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home and the second guest bedroom is set up with two twin size beds. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.  And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities.

This Pet Friendly beautiful home comes complete with a gas Golf Cart, BBQ Grill & Wi-Fi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  We had a great time for three months. During the first month things were quite daunting because there were so many procedures to be accomplished. Once we got the hang of things, we began to enjoy ourselves. One thing is for sure... you need way more than three months to learn how to live in The Villages. Our house was great and well-stocked. We did our best to leave it the same way. Linda and I felt quite at home.

  This is a quiet, relaxing location and well-appointed home. It’s not far from the dog park, nature preserve, and Belle Glade CC. We would recommend it, other than we did have some trouble mechanically with the golf cart. A new battery and alternator had to be put in during our stay, so hopefully it’s in good shape for next renters.
