  The rental had one major flaw. When we first moved in we seemed to have a lot of allergy issues which we thought was moving to a new area. It got worse after the roof was replaced. After 4 months at Barbosa ct we finally moved into our new house. Within days of leaving Barbosa ct and into our new house all our allergy issues have cleared up. But there is something with the air inside the house.

  The reception was fine... informative and quick.
  There was a problem with the fire alarm system, with low batteries interrupting our sleep the first two nights. The response was quick both times, but the first visit only temporarily resolved the problem.
  The house was clean and met our needs fairly well.
  We liked the location, being close to shopping, Indian Springs center, and golf courses.
  After becoming familiar with VRBO rentals, we understand why a premium TV package isn’t included. However, an upgrade that includes ESPN and cable news channels should be standard in today’s market. We wound up splitting the cost of the premium package with the owner of the property, which was reasonable.

  One issue was cockroaches found in the bedroom and living room while we were there.
